Evaluation Lab Project ECHO Learning Community
The Evaluation Lab Project ECHO® Learning Community provides ongoing support and training opportunities for Summer Institute attendees. The Learning Community consists of videoconference sessions that are held throughout the year. Participants present evaluation documents and progress with the Learning Community to receive feedback and guidance from peers and UNM Evaluation Lab students and faculty.
Week One (January 10)
Discussion and check-in on "Mission Time" in organizations and two case presentations. First from the City of Albuquerque on a proposed scoring rubric and second from Project ECHO on pain skills intensive training.
Week Two (January 24)
A didactic on how to develop surveys by Jessica Jones, and a case presentation from Project ECHO on key informant interviews.
Week Three (February 7)
A didactic on PivotTables in Excel from Kevin Estes and a case presentation from Krista Savoca ona logic model for the Latin American & Iberian Institute at UNM.
Week Four (March 7)
A didactic on how to make a poster to present evaluation projects for different audiences and a case presentation from Amanda Santiago on Centro Savila's evaluation.
Week Five (March 21)
A didactic on how to make PivotCharts in Excel and a case presentation from the City of Albuquerque team and a screening tool they have developed.
Week One (August 30)
A didactic on Excel analytics and case presentations from Amanda Santiago at Centro Sávila and Huong Nguyen with NM Asian Family Center.
Week Two (September 13)
A didactic on fitting a logic model onto one page and case presentations from Felipe and Project ECHO's logic model on extensions for community healthcare outcomes and from Duana Howerton from the NM Behavioral Health Division on evaluation progress.
Week Three (September 27)
A didactic on coding a gingerbread activity and creating a wordle with qualitative data and a case presentation from Tiffany Wynn at NM Behavioral Health Services Division.
Week Four (October 11)
A didactic on the process of developing a survey and a case presentation from Krista Savoca with the Latin American & Iberian Institute at UNM.
Week Five (October 25)
A didactic on the reuslts of the Summer Institute evaluation and three case presentations: Christina Mendivil with Doña Ana County, Cynthia Melugin with Behavioral Health Services Division, and Sarah Gonzales Vanhorn with Project ECHO.
Week Six (November 8)
A case presentation form the City of Albuquerque team on their logic model and rubric.
